Our family-founded chiropractic center has been serving the Valley for decades. We are proud to watch our legacy of quality chiropractic services continue to grow and serve the Phoenix area.
Since it's founding, Sinatra Chiropractic has been a family owned and operated practice. Our passion and dedication for the art of Chiropractic care has been passed on from generation to generation.
The practice is currently managed by Dr. Roland Sinatra (2nd generation) who took over for founder, and father, Dr. Frank Sinatra in 2012.
We strive to provide an environment where you feel comfortable and taken care of. When you visit our office for an adjustment, massage or physical therapy, you are not merely a patient, you are family.
Dr. Roland Sinatra
Dr. Sinatra grew up in Michigan and in 1983 The Sinatra family moved to Arizona. He graduated from Thunderbird High School, Completed his undergraduate studies locally, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been in practice since 1994. At a very young age he knew he wanted to follow in his dads footsteps and go to Palmer Chiropractic College. Dr. Sinatra practices the Gonstead system and has many hours of additional education in physiotherapy and acupuncture.
When Dr. Sinatra isn't treating patients, he spends his time trying to stay healthy exercising at Tusk CrossFit. He loves to take the boat out and enjoy Lake Pleasant in the summer days, and rock crawling and going to the sand dunes in the winter. He has a family of 4 kids and spends most of his time with them.

Leah Sinatra, Office Manager
Leah is the office manager and is primarily in the back office. She has been managing the office since 2000. One of her main tasks is to resolve unanswered issues and communicate with attorneys regarding personal injury cases. If you have any questions regarding an accident you were involved in, Leah is the one to talk too. She also deals with insurance claims and account payments.
When Leah is not at work, she likes to visit Tusk Crossfit for a good healthy workout. Her time is mostly spent with her family of six going out to family dinners and most of all spending time in their backyard at the pool. We love Leah and are grateful to have her as a part of the team.

ASHTON, CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Ashton was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated high school in 2021 and started college this past fall to study Sonography. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, shopping, and going out with friends. She also loves to travel and explore new places.
Working at Sinatra Chiropractic has given her the opportunity to start learning the medical field as well as help patients improve their wellbeing. She is very excited to continue her work journey at Sinatra Chiropractic.
shianna, CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Shianna is born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and Graduated high school in 2018.
Some of her hobbies include hiking, cooking, arts and crafts with her daughter. In her free her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. They usually spend their time together engaging in outdoor activities.
She is very excited about the future of Chiropractic and what it can do to help patients reach their personal healthcare goals.
